3. Installation and startup
①Preparation before installation:
Ensure that the installation environment is clean, free of dust and impurities.
Check whether the oil pump and accessories are intact and all fasteners are complete.
Prepare clean hydraulic oil and ensure that the hydraulic oil meets the recommended standards of the equipment manufacturer.
②Installation steps:
Install according to the installation drawings and instructions provided by the equipment manufacturer.
Pay special attention to whether the rotation direction of the oil pump is consistent with the arrow of the rotation direction indicated by the motor.
Avoid shock or excessive vibration of the oil pump during installation.
③Preparation before starting:
Inject clean hydraulic oil into the pump body and ensure that the oil level reaches the specified height.
Check whether all connections are tight and leak-free.
When starting for the first time or after a long shutdown, it is recommended to install an exhaust valve at the pump outlet or loosen the oil outlet pipe joint to exhaust air.
④ Start:
Start the motor, observe the operation of the oil pump, and pay attention to any abnormal noise and vibration.
If it is difficult to suck oil, check whether the oil pump has exhausted all the air, and adjust the exhaust valve or oil outlet pipe joint appropriately.
4. Maintenance and care
① Regular inspection:
Regularly check the oil level, oil quality and oil temperature of the oil pump to ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean and meets the specified standards.
Check the sealing of the oil pump and whether all connections are tight to prevent leakage.
② Cleaning and replacement:
Clean the oil pump and filter regularly to remove impurities and sediments in the oil.
Replace the hydraulic oil and wearing parts regularly according to the equipment manufacturer's recommendations.
③ Storage and preservation:
Oil pumps that are not used for a long time should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment without corrosive gases.
The oil pump should be thoroughly cleaned and rust-proofed before storage.
