Working principle and model description of 45V-57A-1D-22R vane pump
The 45V-57A-1D-22R vane pump is widely used in low- and medium-pressure hydraulic systems in specialized machine tools, automated production lines, and other applications in mechanical manufacturing. While its relatively complex structure offers advantages such as high operating pressure, minimal flow pulsation, stable operation, low noise, and a long lifespan.
The working principle of a fixed vane pump is based on the rotation of the rotor. A vane pump consists of a rotor, stator, vanes, an oil distribution plate, and end caps. The inner surface of the stator is a cylindrical hole, with a certain eccentricity between the rotor and stator. The vanes are installed in the slots of the rotor and can slide flexibly within them. As the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force causes the tips of the vanes to cling to the inner surface of the stator. This creates a sealed working chamber between adjacent vanes, the oil distribution plate, the stator, and the rotor.
When the rotor rotates in one direction, the vanes gradually extend, increasing the volume of the sealed working chamber and creating a vacuum, drawing oil in through the suction port. On the other side, the vanes retract, gradually reducing the volume of the sealed chamber and forcing oil out through the discharge port. This type of pump completes one or two oil suction and discharge operations during one complete rotor rotation, and is referred to as a single-acting vane pump or a double-acting vane pump, respectively.
Single-acting vane pumps: Each rotor revolution completes oil suction and pressure release in each workspace.
Double-acting vane pumps: Each rotor revolution completes oil suction and pressure release in each workspace twice.
In addition, vane pumps have key structural features such as the oil distribution plate, stator curve, and vane pitch, which together determine pump performance and efficiency.
